Already for many years my philosophy has always been the same: passion and professionalism.

We bake bread, panettone and colombe in traditional recipes, using only the best natural ingredients and manual processing systems.

Thanks to several decades of our history, we are one of the main bakeries of Ticino, daily baking bread and panettone.

And for the future, I with my team will continue to work by focusing on the quality and the constant search for the best and why not, innovative products, never leaving the artisan stream that has always distinguished us.
